Payment is accepted through PayPal only and is expected within 4 days of purchase.  After 4 days, an unpaid item case is automatically opened.
Shipping costs are calculated based upon your location and the size and weight of your item.  They are not negotiable, but we do combine shipping if you are buying multiple items. Standard (First Class Mail) shipments generally arrive within 3-5 mailing days. Priority mail shipping will usually take 2-4 mailing days.  While usually not an issue,  w
e can not GUARANTEE they arrive by date shown to you by eBay.
We do promise to ship within ONE BUSINESS DAY but that's all we can promise.  When it's busy (especially around Christmas), things will likely take a day or two longer than eBay tells you they will.  Sorry, but an item arriving late is not a reason for a refund.
Returns
We have opted out of eBay's 'free return' feature due to the ludicrous costs incurred.  As such, this listing is posted as 'No Returns'.  Free returns are NOT free, someone has to pay for them.  You may return any unused item at your expense for a refund of product cost only.  We will not refund shipping charges.
If you have a damaged/ defective or wrong item, take a minute to write or call us.  You will have our phone number on your packing slip.  We are more than happy to stand behind what we sell, but we want to do it *our* way.
Implementing this policy has allowed us to lower our prices on eBay, so for people who know what they want to buy, it's the best way to go!
