These BBK 1-5/8" Titanium Ceramic Coated Long Tube Headers are designed for all 96-98 Mustang Cobras with a DOHC 4.6.  These long tube headers require BBK 02 Sensor wire harness extensions (PN: 1676).  They can be used with either the BBK Catted H-Pipe (PN: 1538) or BBK Catted X-Pipe (PN: 1638).
Note: Due to CARB restrictions JSR is required to ship these directly from BBK and production delays may be possible.  If installation is time sensitive, please contact us for current ETA.

BBK full length headers will increase your exhaust flow giving you additional horsepower and torque. These full length headers will help give your Mustang a throaty exhaust note. Quality Construction
BBK full length Mustang headers are made from 1-5/8" CNC-machined mandrel bent tubing with 3/8" thick die-stamped flanges. The full length primary tube design creates unrestricted and balanced airflow for ultimate horsepower gains. These headers are pressure tested to ensure leak free performance.
Installation
BBK long tube headers are designed as a direct bolt on with use of a BBK Performance short mid pipe. Kit includes new gaskets and hardware. Fits manual transmissions only.

This part is NOT C.A.R.B Approved and cannot be installed for use on any emission controlled vehicle in California.
It cannot be sold or shipped to any California resident or addressee.
